⚡️15 single leg row -balance- unilateral shoulder press

I finished my workout with a deep mediation channeling positivity for me and those I Love. During this mercury retrograde work on your R’s.

TIME FOR A KITCHEN MAKEOVER! Today is the day - get your fridge & pantry ready for the challenge! It is so much easier to eat healthy when you're prepared!

❌ spreads (ie Nutella) ❌cereals (check the sugar level - make your own!) ❌processed meats
❌sauces (ie BBQ & tomato - full of sugar)
