About to take my pile-o-bacon off the @arteflame ! This by the way has to be the quickest method ever to do 3lbs bacon! Why do I love it? I set up my coals more so on one side of the plancha so it’s hotter. But, I start it on the cooler side to render some of the fat down first slowly. Then, I can move it around to warmer areas to crisp it to my liking. So boom shackalacka.. baconnnn!
