This dish is incredibly quick to make and full of flavour
Steak, sliced yellow pepper, blue cheese, fresh garlic and onion.
Heat a wok with some spray oil, get it really hot. Add your onion and garlic and pepper, cook for 2-3 minutes until coloured then pop on your plate
Now add your steak to the wok and quickly cook (so it doesn’t get too tough), add your blue cheese, stir through for 30 seconds then serve on top of your peppers and onions.
RESULT on a diet!
