#WinterWellnessWeek tip no. 3: What do you do if you get sick and your doctor puts you on antibiotics?? Make sure you do your best to restore your gut microbiome!
There is a strong link between gut health and the immune system, mental health, autoimmune diseases, cancer...the list goes on and on! It’s VERY important to make sure you get plenty of probiotics after being on antibiotics because your gut bacteria get pretty wiped out after taking them.
