Is it Menopause?
I have a one to one class today with a lady who has 14 of the major symptoms out of the 27 listed below. Doctors have advised her some medications to make her feel at ease but also asked her to look into her diet and start exercising.
Today she is coming to me for a one to one class of cooking and learning about some healthy tasty snacks, brunch idea’s, lunch, dinners, desserts and juices she is going to have to erase her major symptoms. I have defined a bespoke menu for her to help her mind, body and digestive soul.
The most common symptoms you may experience in the lead up to and during the menopause include:
3.Irregular periods/heavy periods
4.Breast pain, vaginal dryness, and period pain
6.Mood changes- low mood, anxiety, constantly being in stress mode,panic attacks.
7.Loss if libido, vaginal dryness.
8.Joint pains, muscle pain.
Other menopause symptoms which are less common, but you may experience include:

20.Dry and tired eyes
25.High blood pressure
It’s important to bear in mind that even if you are the ‘typical’ age, your symptoms may not be due to the menopause. The best thing is to book yourself to see your doctor and be advised and then start changing your diet ones you know what exactly you are dealing with.
